Dubai, Sep­tem­ber 13, 2022  — Renoir Con­sult­ing has agreed to ful­ly acquire ESG Inte­grate, an envi­ron­men­tal, social, and gov­er­nance (ESG) advi­so­ry firm based in Dubai, Unit­ed Arab Emi­rates (UAE). The move will aug­ment Renoir’s industry-proven approach and capa­bil­i­ties in ESG trans­for­ma­tion, strat­e­gy, inte­gra­tion, and imple­men­ta­tion. Upon com­ple­tion of the trans­ac­tion, ESG Inte­grate will func­tion as a ful­ly owned unit of Reynard Limited.

ESG Inte­grate sup­ports cor­po­ra­tions and insti­tu­tion­al investors through their entire ESG trans­for­ma­tion jour­ney includ­ing analy­sis, strat­e­gy, imple­men­ta­tion, and report­ing ser­vices. The company’s track record spans mul­ti­ple sec­tors includ­ing indus­try, trans­port, finan­cial ser­vices, engi­neer­ing and con­struc­tion, and real estate. Some of its clients include Alpha Dhabi Hold­ing, Nation­al Marine Dredg­ing Com­pa­ny, and Dubai Insurance.
